CaetanoBus hydrogen and electric buses are now co-branded with Toyota
CaetanoBus aim to be a solution provider to help create a safer and greener society through its zero-emission mobility products.
CaetanoBus, the Portuguese bus producer, has co-branded its zero-emission bus H2. City Gold (its hydrogen bus) and the e.City Gold (its 100% electric city bus) with Toyota aims to accelerate its growth and shareholder restructuring.
The co-branding includes the change in vehicle badging to include both Caetano and Toyota logos, exhibiting Toyota’s strong visual recognition amongst European customers.
In December 2020, Toyota Caetano Portugal (TCAP) became the direct shareholder of CaetanoBus, which strengthened Toyota Motor Europe presence in the commercial zero-emission bus market in Europe. H2.City Gold is the Caetano hydrogen-powered electric bus with a range of 400 km and Toyota’s fuel cell system.
Over the past year, CaetanoBus has been reinforcing its international presence with the increasing sales of its zero-emission buses.
