Metacon delivers pilot contract to PERIC Hydrogen Technology in US
The US market for hydrogen equipment is growing rapidly.
Metacon, under its partnership agreement with PERIC Hydrogen Technology, has successfully completed a first evaluation project for sales and business development of PERIC’s electrolysis portfolio on the US market.
Metacon actively pursued sales opportunities for electrolysis plants in the US, resulting to PERIC Hydrogen Technology for a 5 MW pilot electrolysis plant. Metacon receives a commission amounting to around SEK 750 000 with direct result impact.
The hydrogen and hydrogen generators market is developing fast in North America, leading Metacon to fast-track evaluation and exploring strategic opportunities for a potential establishment in the US market.
Metacon has for some time actively pursued sales opportunities that have now resulted in PERIC Hydrogen Technology (PERIC) receiving an order for a 5 MW pilot electrolysis plant in the USA. PERIC Hydrogen Technology is one of the world’s biggest and most proven manufacturers of electrolysis and hydrogen refuelling (HRS) technology. At present, Peric has no official distribution partner in the US.
