CompEx launches UK hydrogen course

Certification body CompEx has launched an online short course, An Introduction to Hydrogen, to raise safety awareness.

Gas is among the low-carbon tools in the UK industrial and transport sectors that are expected to play a crucial role in the transition to net zero. But so far it has not been transported, stored and used in any volume in the UK except at refineries.

It offers a 45-minute overview of hydrogen, the benefits of its use, safety considerations and protection measures. It compares the gas with conventional fossil fuels that have been traditionally used.

CompEx teamed up with EUTEX International, one of the approved training providers of CompEx courses, to help. The course is for sale at CompEx’s online store.
