Revvity reveals first Scope 3 emissions data in 2026 Impact Report
Life sciences company Revvity has published its 2026 Impact Report, announcing its first disclosure of material Scope 3 emissions as part of an expanded commitment to sustainability transparency and responsible business practices.
The annual report outlines the company’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) progress, highlighting efforts to reduce emissions, improve resource efficiency, strengthen workforce development and support scientific research communities.
Revvity said the inclusion of Scope 3 emissions reporting represents a significant step forward in its sustainability strategy by providing greater visibility into emissions across its wider value chain.

The report highlights progress in reducing the company’s direct environmental impact, with Revvity lowering its Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 1.3% in 2025. This represents a 16% reduction compared with the company’s 2022 baseline.
Revvity also reported improvements in waste management, achieving a 49% non-hazardous waste diversion rate and exceeding its annual target of 40%.
Beyond environmental performance, the 2026 Impact Report details initiatives focused on employee development and organisational growth. The company reduced voluntary workforce turnover from 9% to 7% while filling 24% of open positions through internal promotions and transfers.
The company also launched the Revvity Supports Research (RSR) initiative, providing $180,000 in general research grants to 12 academic institutions working in scientific fields aligned with Revvity’s areas of expertise.
The programme is designed to support researchers and strengthen collaboration between industry and academia, helping advance scientific discovery and innovation.
Revvity said the latest report reflects its ongoing efforts to integrate sustainability into business operations while improving accountability through clearer measurement and reporting.
The release of the 2026 Impact Report comes as companies across healthcare, technology and manufacturing sectors face increasing pressure from investors, regulators and customers to provide more detailed emissions data and demonstrate measurable progress towards climate and social responsibility goals.
