Primary Hydrogen appoints Nordcore for US$300,000 marketing campaign

Primary Hydrogen has signed a six-month marketing services agreement worth US$300,000 with digital marketing agency Nordcore Media as the company seeks to raise its profile among investors and increase awareness of its natural hydrogen business.
The Calgary-based exploration company said Nordcore will provide online marketing and digital advertising services under an agreement dated 22 July 2026.
The contract has an expected term of six months or until the allocated budget has been fully spent, whichever comes first. Either party can terminate the agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice before the end of a calendar month.
Under the agreement, Nordcore will create written and advertising content focused on Primary Hydrogen’s business activities and the wider natural hydrogen sector. The agency will also develop, manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns on the company’s behalf.
The scope of work includes keyword research, campaign strategy, online advertising, remarketing, bid management, display advertising, third-party content distribution and the creation of dedicated landing pages designed to improve investor engagement.
Primary Hydrogen said Nordcore operates independently of the company and confirmed that, to the best of its knowledge, neither the marketing firm nor its principals own shares in the business.
The company also stated that no shares or other securities will be issued to Nordcore as part of the agreement and that the agency’s compensation is fixed rather than linked to Primary Hydrogen’s share price or trading performance.
Marketing agreements of this nature are commonly used by junior mining and energy companies listed on public markets to increase corporate visibility, improve investor communications and broaden awareness among retail and institutional investors.
Primary Hydrogen is focused on exploring natural hydrogen resources, an emerging energy sector attracting increasing attention as governments and industry search for low-carbon alternatives to conventional fuels. As investor interest in naturally occurring hydrogen continues to grow, companies across the sector are increasingly investing in digital communications and marketing to strengthen their market presence and attract new shareholders.
